State Plan Referral Pilot

Region VII would like to participate in the State Plan Referral Pilot initiated by Region V. Region VII would immediately begin with a thorough examination, and discussion, of the procedures of the pilot between the Regional Supervisory Investigators (RSI) and the Assistant Regional Administrator-WPP (ARA). Region VII’s RSIs would then follow the pilot’s guidance and track all necessary information to be able to provide a mid-pilot report, as well as an end-of-pilot report. Region VII would like to begin following the procedures set forth in the pilot immediately and end our pilot on October 29, 2024. These reports will be shared with Region VII’s senior leadership as well as the Directorate of Whistleblower protection Programs.
